2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or cash.
  • All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be refunded.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions, Wakaya Costa Rica ATV Tours reserves the right to cancel tours for the safety of our guests. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

4. Safety Guidelines

  • Participants must adhere to all safety guidelines provided by our tour guides.
  • All participants must wear helmets and other safety gear provided by Wakaya Costa Rica ATV Tours.
  • Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guides at all times during the tour.

5. Liability

  • Participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with ATV tours, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, and property damage.
  • Wakaya Costa Rica ATV Tours and its employees shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Age and Health Requirements

  • Participants must be at least 10 years old to operate an ATV.
  • Participants must be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that may be aggravated by ATV riding.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Wakaya Costa Rica ATV Tours reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
